Exchange Policy

At OrgoniteBliss1111, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered in perfect condition. Customers are eligible for an exchange only if the item arrives broken or damaged within 24 hours of your items arrival. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

We are not responsible for any damage inflicted on the item once it has been removed from its original packaging.

Note: You will not be eligible for an exchange if you submit your exchange request any time after 24 hours of your items arrival.

To request an exchange for a damaged/ broken item, please submit your request by emailing us at orgoniteblisscs@gmail.com or by filling out the exchange request form located next to this text. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and packaging to facilitate the process.
